Ibrahim’s book should be made into a mini series similar to “Roots.”
Would be excellent, but difficult because the fantasies about the Crusades and their perceived injustices would be protected by the Left and Liberal Christians in general would never accept the true history.
Someone like Mel Gibson should be approached to do this. First, he is talented and secondly, he has the funds. Lastly, he does not care about blowback from the left.
I see the Crusaders as overall being brave men. I know that the moslems would wipe out whole towns – kill the men and enslave the rest. I know that life with them, as their numbers grew, was not easy. Any of them that tell us that it was peaceful are what I call ‘taqiyya dribblers’ and pushing their propaganda. AND the protestants who complain need to realize that if the Crusades did not happen – there would have been no reformation (I usually call it a deformation since Luther deformed the Bible with his deletions and his ‘translations’). Anyway, we don’t see any mass group of protestants driving out the moslem hoards today in Europe, the Americas, Canada, the UK, etc. The Catholics are too weak but pitiful in some ways thanks to Vatican II and too much inner unrest. There are some really good ones but Vatican II really screwed things up (one is #841 when it is very apparent whoever made up Vatican II did NOT read the koran!! or sunnah, or any of its history).
We thank the crusaders, but remember that if it weren’t for the Protestant Reformation the world would still be in religious, social, political obscurantism. It was through the Protestant Reformation that the eyes of humanity’s understanding were opened, bringing light and religious and scientific knowledge, freeing man from the religious slavery imposed by the Catholic Church and thus exploding knowledge in all areas of human knowledge.
It is hard to thank Luther when he deleted so many chapters out of the Bible and even retranslated some verses too. As for the obscurantism, it was the Catholics that started the Universities, and they had places for charity for the poor that were shut down, property confiscated, priests and monks killed by the protestants. People only think that the Inquisition was what Catholics did but the Protestants killed without a trial beforehand. That whole thing was due to the moslems who said they converted but did not. They can lie about it and it is a good deed in islam, even to the point of saying bad things about anything islamic. ‘religious slavery’? Or a reformation (I call a deformation) based on deception – the deletion of chapters because Luther didn’t want to abide by what those chapters had in them, and to rewrite verses so he could carry on without guilt.
Raymond you are awesome! I’ve read 3 of your books and look forward to the next one coming out! The younger generation needs to know about the scourge of Islam. I’m a grandmother and my daughters don’t want to hear it from me about Islam and feel I’m stirring up trouble. It’s very frustrating. There are so many good people on the net that are talking about how bad Islam is. God bless you and keep you safe!!
Thanks Raymond. Watched the other interview with Bannon, or is this a repeat?? Similar at least.
Very encouraging story and good to hear it again. Tragic ending for Richard but he earned the Title, a great warrior for the good.
