Sister building, Our Lady of Salvation Syriac Catholic Church in Baghdad, after a then nascent Islamic State got done with it in 2010

According to a number of independent sources, the so-called “Islamic State” (formerly “of Iraq and Syria,” or “ISIS”), just recently burned down the Syriac Catholic Diocese in Mosul, destroying all its contents.

This comes soon after the organization threatened all Christians under its authority either to pay jizya, or extortion money, convert to Islam, or die.

‘I wonder why the U.S. has directly or indirectly built up isis and supported those with advanced weapons. Would the U.S. really that Isis will form a Kalfat state?

This tragedy is not even on the American public’s radar. The mainstream media will not cover it because it does not promote their interests. Obama is either not interested in anything religious or is an Islamic sympathizer. Personally, I believe the former. Since it’s clearly one or the other, you can bet the media will not allow a spot of tarnish to taint “The Great One’s” image. This new breed of politician we now see is interested in the religion of self above all else – not necessarily a new type – just one more obvious about it.

Violence at the Center of Society
    Jesus—Sep 30th 2012 (

“Why do I speak on such a theme? Because violence is in the ascendency and will soon take center stage. Violence begins on the margins where security cannot be adequately enforced and where rebellion has time to grow and spread. At the center, however, there usually remain areas of stability and control. When violence breaks out, people turn to this center for help.

Soon violence will reach this center of society. Institutions needed for stability will be attacked and overthrown. There will be no center of stability to look to. Violence will have moved from the margins to the center.”
